BRIEF:

How can we use the web to enrich the Opera’s offering and promote it as an art of the 21st century?

 

STRATEGY:

Building on the unique specificity of the Opera National de Paris of having two locations thus two stages, we invented a third stage that expresses the creativity of the Opera, La 3e scene.

 

 

CHALLENGES:

  • To enrich the public’s perception of the Opera
  • To place the Opera at the centre of the contemporary cultural scene.
  • To create the platform La 3e scene, the 3rd Stage.

 

 

OUTCOME:

6.6 page views per session : an increase of 50%

Average time spent on the site : 4 minutes 22, an increase of 19%

Nearly 10 million page views in two months.
