In 2015, the Museum of Natural Sciences was given the unique opportunity to welcome a new authentic skeleton of Plateosaurus. To cover the preparation and exhibit costs and get more brand recognition, it set up a 18-month communication project based on a crowdfunding campaign.

Good storytelling, a dedicated promo plan for each target group, the creation of a “Plateoteam” community, a strong and original social network-based communication strategy  turned this crowdfunding into a successful participation and communication project. It doubled its financial target; gathered diversified audiences got a lot of attention of the media and contributed positively to our brand recognition and loyalty.
