Move the needle from SURVIVE to THRIVE – a Visitor Engagement Strategy Framework for Cultural Enterprises

Discover the simple framework for building robust Visitor Engagement Strategy, to help drive revenue and better connect with your visitors.

As our operational landscape continues to evolve, museums and galleries have the opportunity to harness what we know about our visitors through their admission and membership data to create enterprise-wide customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. However, without intentional and focused strategies for turning knowledge into engagement, these significant opportunities risk being overlooked.

Tessitura Network’s Amalia Hordern, an Australia-based consultant, will guide participants through an interactive, thought-provoking workshop, encouraging you to consider how your institution can intentionally deepen visitor and member engagement – and share stories of successful Visitor Engagement initiatives from a broad range of cultural organizations across the Tessitura community.

Participants will leave the workshop with a solid framework to take back to their organizations and apply as the foundation for a fully integrated, enterprise-wide Visitor Engagement Strategy.

The workshop is not specific to Tessitura software, rather presents a strategic framework developed by Tessitura Network Enterprise Consulting and successfully adopted across a range of arts and cultural organisations in North America, Britain and Australia.
