Virtual reality is often discussed and mentioned in the press, yet the technology is far from being adopted by the masses. Why? We believe that it is simply because there is no compelling reason for most people to invest in VR hardware. Most of us are not big gamers and generally slow to adopt new technologies. Therefore, the initial mission for our company was to create a useful app (aka application) that would be compelling for a specific group of people. We decided to turn celebrated museum exhibitions into virtual reality experiences for many reasons; they require years of work to execute, yet only are viewable for approximately 4 months at a museum, allowing only a few people to have the opportunity to actually experience them. We are very proud and honored that this incredible Kerry James Marshall: Mastry exhibition, which started at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) Chicago, moved to The Met Breuer in New York and officially ended at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Los Angeles on July 3, 2017, has an opportunity now to actually just begin to impact our world.
