21st century museums cannot (and should not) be the stodgy warehouses of objects of generations past. The beauty and relevance in works of art that were made several millennia ago are at a disconnect from our 21st century perspective—how and why should our public care that we exist at all? Hear from Adam Reed Rozan, Worcester Art Museum’s Director of Audience Engagement on how the model of engagement offers many opportunities and possible answers to this fundamental conundrum, and encourages necessary experimentation in our institutions.
