This award shines a light on the organisations taking action to make their workplaces, programming and events inclusive of all peoples across the spectrums of gender, age, race, sexuality, ability, faith, culture and more.
The winning candidate will have produced an original programme, experience or other initiative that uses the arts to welcome an underserved audience or community segment.
Providing proof of impact is highly recommended: research and/or reasoning underlying the initiative’s development, paired with feedback from participants if possible. Materials relating to or promoting the inclusivity initiative, including video or photos which show or demonstrate the initiative, are also recommended.
