A touring seminar of the best talks from the 2017 Communicating the Museum editions in Paris and Los Angeles

Why join the seminar?

Cultural professionals must stay creative and keep up with the trends. The ‘Best of Creativity’ condenses the four-day Communicating the Museum (CTM) conferences into a fast-paced half-day course highlighting the best case-studies from around the world.

In a few hours, participants will gain an international perspective on the world’s most innovative communication strategies and community outreach programmes led by arts organisations.

Experts in the field gathered to discuss ‘The Power of Education” at CTM17 Paris and debated the role of “Museums Beyond Walls’ at CTM17 Los Angeles. At the ‘Best of Creativity’ seminar, it is your chance to watch the videos of the best talks presented by:

In between presentations, participants will work individually and in groups to reflect on their own organisations. Each delegate will leave inspired and ready to share game-changing solutions with their team the next working day.

Who is the seminar for?

This programme is for professionals looking to refresh their communication strategies and educational community initiatives. The half day course includes collective exercises and encourages peers to exchange best practices with one another. Directors and heads of communication, marketing, education, engagement, audience and public programmes in arts organisations will find the ‘Best of Creativity’ a practical, efficient and engaging day out of the office.
