AGENDA welcomes a new international team of interns to its office in Paris. The five new recruits from France, England, Russia and the Czech Republic will help the existing team with press, marketing and AGENDA's upcoming events, Communicating the Museum '09, CultureBusiness '09 and the International Museum Communication Awards '10.
Sophie MassieauSophie is currently in her third year at ICART (Institut Supérieur des Carrières Artistiques de Paris). As an intern at Agenda, she hopes to continue her training in communication and the organisation of international cultural events. She was involved wih the first international CultureBusiness forum and is now helping with preparations for the upcoming conference Communicating the Museum. In her spare time, she runs the non-profit organisation “Dire le Monde” with friends to facilitate cultural exchanges and the promotion of emerging artists. | ![]() |
Jennifer Poirrez-OuattaraJennifer is doing an MA in Aglophone Studies at La Sorbonne and has a degree in Arts. At AGENDA she is mainly concerned with the Press and Marketing department, working as Philippe Fouchard's assistant and is also helping with the preparation of the Communicating the Museum conference. She loves music (Radiohead, PJ Harvey, Blonde Readhead), reading (Poe, Kundera, Gibbs), painting (Carravaggio, Khalo, Picasso) travelling (Italy, Ivory Coast, Portugal) and spent a year living in Salford, Greater Manchester, where she studied Translating and Interpreting. She speaks French, English and Italian and can also get by in German and Spanish. | ![]() |
Elishka FlintElishka is in her third year of studying French & Czech at University College London and will be working at AGENDA for 6 months starting at the end of February 2009. She will be mainly concerned with Agenda's forthcoming journey into the blogosphere and with preparations for the International Museum Communication Awards, to be held in Brussels in February 2010. Elishka loves listening to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band and speaks English, French and Czech, having lived in Prague for the past 4 months. | ![]() |
Claire SoléryAs an assistant at Agenda, Claire will mainly be in charge of the launch of the CultureBusiness corporate event. She will also work on developping Agenda's digital network with Elishka. A soon to be graduate in Culture Management from Sciences Po Paris, Claire also holds a degree in English Literature, Civilisation and Translation. She has a particular interest in the world of museums as well as a wide range of other cultural interests. She has worked and lived in the US as an intern for the French Embassy. Aglaia SadtchikovaAglaia is currently a student at University College London where she is doing a BA in French and German. She joined Agenda in March 2009 to work on the Culture Business conference, specialising in relations with Russian cultural institutions, their press and sponsors. Aglaia has recently spent 5 months working in advertising in Germany and speaks German and French; having grown up in both countries she is also fluent in English and Russian. | ![]() |
